1260: Thank f*ck it's February!

Today on the Daily Pep! we're drawing a line in the sand, throwing a middle finger to the practice month known as January, and compassionately moving onwards and upwards.

Good morning, Daily Peppers and a very happy Monday to you And a very happy fucking February to you. I, for one, am so relieved to see the back of January. And I think that today's daily pep, we use it as a time to draw the line in the sand that January was the hangover month. It was the practice month. And that we quit beating ourselves up about how well it did or didn't go. Now this is not about piling all the pressure on for this new month. It's just about saying, fuck it. What's happened has happened, and onwards and upwards.


Now I know we have mixed feelings about setting goals and intentions around here. But if you wanna borrow a really helpful one, here is one to really help you this month, and it is to do things for future you. Sometimes that does look like saying, okay. I can't do that, and I just need to go rest. And other times, that looks like saying, do you know what? While I really don't wanna do this right now, future me is gonna be so damn grateful. And this is gonna be such a gift. So here's to a new month. Here's to saying a hearty fuck off to the 10000 days of January.


And here's to remembering that you've got your own back because you really, honestly do. I'll see you tomorrow.
