Do the stuff that actually matters.
And come home to yourself without abandoning everyone you love, burning everything down and burning out.
Or creating a beautiful plan you’re going to rebel against anyway.
3 months of following through, making progress and intentional space for your projects
— with delight, not more demands, and great company, not commitments
3rd February - 30th April, 2026
You have so many projects you want to do. You have the lists, the books, the Pinterest boards, the courses, the ideas and you also have the best intentions.
But at some point, it started feeling overwhelming, rather than exciting.
So you went down the rabbit hole of how to get it all done, and 50 saved later YouTube videos, you found yourself with even more to do.
Now, not only do you have all these wonderful things you want to do, but you now also have all these complicated systems and routines to implement - which just feel like more work and takes you even further away from doing the things that light you up.
(But also, let’s face it: those new systems and routines sound exciting, too! Your multi-passionate brain finds it hard to resist a new experiment and a new rabbit hole!)
And the gap between where you are and where you want to be feels bigger than ever.
You’re not supposed to do it all at the same time.
You don’t have the same energy every day - that’s normal.
One size fits all simply doesn’t work for our creative, often neuro-spicy and highly sensitive selves and we never signed up for this hustle culture/toxic productivity bullshit in the first place.
The current system we have is completely wonky with the way that life actually works, and actively goes against many of our values:
Old ways won’t open old doors. And those old doors were created by - let’s face it -mediocre, boring tech, marketing and productivity bros*, who were pedalling bullshit we never wanted in the first place.
*Held up by systemic oppression, and all the external fuckeries you can name: the patriarchy, capitalism, white supremacy, ableism.
Because your work really fucking matters, and it’s even better when it’s created from a place of delight, not demand.
And here’s the sassy kicker: it’s not like NOT doing the thing that matters takes zero energy:
There’s the thinking about doing the work, the planning the work, the feeling bad about not doing the work, the getting yourself ready to do the work, the midnight doom-scrolling while beating yourself for not doing the work, the feeling resentful about prior commitments which have taken over the work.
Honestly - doing the fucking thing would take less energy at this point.
It’s time to work on our own stuff without working against ourselves.
It’s time to actually prioritise our own damn stuff in a way that leaves us feeling joyful and filled up, rather than guilty and selfish. And it’s time to do it differently - with delight, not dread.
Finding flexible structure that actually works for you, that you want to show up for, rather than rebel against. (Instead of one rigid system you'll rebel against by week two.) And the knowledge that flexible structure CAN feed your creative fire, rather than extinguish it
Actually getting shit done because you have built in appointments on your calendar. (Because let’s face it, for many of us, we really struggle to show up when it’s ‘just’ for ourselves). Your own stuff will be the main event, so you can stop squeezing your dreams into the cracks and start treating them like the priority they truly are.
Progressing and moving forward rather than being stuck in procrastination and perfectionism, because you have a direction: you know what you’re focusing on and you have the dedicated space to do it.
Learning ways to work with your brain - instead of fighting it - so you can actually use and ENJOY your brain's love of novelty, variety, and rabbit holes and use them as fuel instead of yet more sticks to beat yourself with.
Building evidence that you can show up for yourself so you can build sustainable creative habits that actually stick because they feel good, are actually realistic for your brain and your life and really fucking work.
Getting your sparkle back because you're finally giving yourself permission to prioritise what lights you up, with people who remind you weekly that your dreams aren't selfish; they're essential.
Actually learning and implementing things from the the books and courses sitting on bookshelves/hard drives, so you can start actually getting the magic and using the resources you intentionally invested in. (Bonus point: you lose some of the guilt as well!)
Ending the cycle of consuming more productivity content instead of getting shit done because The Spark gives you the structure, community, and accountability you were actually looking for when you went down those rabbit holes in the first place.
And the reason my clients have also come to realise that you get so much further working compassionately and seasonally
And this isn’t fluffy, there’s a lot of science that backs this up. Everyday creativity has been proven to be a pathway to flourishing. Achieving flow states provides intrinsic motivation, protects us from burnout and boosts creativity and productivity (Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi). And approaching work with self compassion rather than self criticism means less performance anxiety, less fear of failure, more self-confidence and increases persistance. (Dr. Kristin Neff)
We’ll be working together as a collective for twelve weeks over the Winter and Spring, and we start to really close the gap between where we are and where we want to be, without it becoming yet another thing we have to drag ourselves through mud to do.
We’re choosing delight over demand, flow over rigidity, and self compassion over self flagellation and it’s gonna be fabulous!
The Spark runs between February and April 2026, and we’re gonna lean into that delicious late Winter/early Spring energy of:
Stoking our creative fires.
Dreaming and percolating and doing.
Emerging, not exploding into a new year.
Coming back to life and connecting with the things that make us feel alive.
Shedding old identities and decluttering our lives, inside and out.
Embracing the cosy-ness and the glimmers the season has to offer.
“I'm not really a joiner of things - clubs, communities, parties! - I feel awkward, or that I have to mask, or put in too much effort and I'm tired afterwards. Meg hosts and holds spaces beautifully and clearly, so we as members are free and supported to be and think and share and support each other. She cares and believes in each of us and what we're trying to do, and that spreads - I believe in my ability more than I did when I started, and I care about and believe in all the other women here too.”
EMMA FIELD
Through a fabulous pic ‘n’ mix, approach, you’re gonna have the conditions for you to actually finish things, move past procrastination, and feel more at home in your life, and get your sparkle back.
(The value of The Spark is not about being able to come to absolutely everything, more on that in a bit!) Curious about the schedule? You can find it right here!
We’re gonna kick off with a Seasonal Intention Setting Circle, and then each month, during our Winter/Spring together, we gather for a:
Making session
Actual time in your calendar where your creative work is the main event! You’ll have a dedicated space for making things, creative exploration, and trying new things together so you can actually get started rather than thinking about starting for the entire month.
Study Hall
A dedicated space to actually read the books, do the courses and learn the skills so you can stop drowning in the guilt of all that potential just sitting there and start actually USING the resources you've invested in. We’ll be harnessing our curiosity, up-skilling, diving down rabbit holes, and feeding our creative fires together!
Office hours
Office hours are excluded from Spark Credits.
To keep you from getting stuck in the mud, the office hours are a monthly space for coaching and troubleshooting so you can move through the Big Scaries and have a space to brainstorm, get feedback, bounce ideas around and keep moving!
Little Fuckers Club
Hello body doubling AND gamification! This is time to knock out the essential but dull as dishwater shit that so often gets in the way and keeps us from the fun shit. Think: body-doubling for taxes, emails, returns, insurance, and boring adulting so you have more time and space for doing the things you actually want to do!
Bring Your Own Book Club!
We all have so many things to read that will help us close the gap between where we are and where we want to be. (And I think there are a lot of similar books on our shelves!) It’s time to actually read them, share and get some gems without the pressure and limited choice of a regular bookclub!
The Book Club will be recorded and you will have lifetime access to the replays.
There’s novelty and surprise woven into the structure so you can feed your brain's need for novelty and newness while still making consistent progress (instead of novelty always pulling you AWAY from your work). Every month we’ll be doing something new together to spark our creativity, and make us feel more like ourselves. Will we be doing a before-and-after of our creative spaces? Will we be creating 2026 punch cards? The themes that come up in the group will inspire what we do!
Wildcard Wednesdays will be recorded and you will have lifetime access to the replays.
Wildcard Wednesday mystery event!
Yes, it’s a lot, and you don’t have to do it all. There is no expectation to come to everything, every time! Pick and experiment with the structures that work for you and consistently energise you. There is no wrong way to do this.
“I have met peeps from all over doing all kinds of interesting things and we keep each other going. We are like a motley band of sailors led by an experienced captain who ensures all are safe, fed, loved and heading in their right directions. Meg leads with love, compassion, fierceness when needed (and always asking permission first). It's life changing”

I’m Meg, and for the past 12 years, I’ve worked as a life/creativity/biz coach, podcaster, writer and all-round rebel rouser for creative and multi-passionate women.
I’ve been running group programs for the past 6 years, and a big part of my magic is bringing fabulous, likeminded women together and helping them get shit done, get it done with delight and get their ideas off the someday pile.
I created The Spark because it combines everything I know that works for those of us with creative, curious and often neuro-spicy brains. Not only does it work, it’s more fucking fun and we’re also seriously more productive when we learn to work with our brains, and work with the seasons rather than rigid productivity systems that were never designed for us.
“Meg has created a supportive and compassionate space where her warmth and humour shine through every activity. The range of these activities is excellent and provide opportunities to share life experiences and reflections with like-minded women.”

WHAT IF I’M NOT BASED IN THE UK? HOW DO THE TIMINGS WORK?
I’ve worked with women all across the world, and am used to creating a schedule that suits different people in different time zones, although I can’t guarantee everyone will be able to make everything, I do tailor the times available and vary the days to make sure people have a better chance of attending. Call recordings will also be available for some of the offerings.
WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE?
WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE IT TO SOMETHING? WILL THERE BE REPLAYS?
There’s no expectation to make it to everything available, it’s intentionally designed as a pic ‘n’ mix experience! The following will be recorded, and you will have lifetime access to the recordings:
Office Hours
Bring Your Own Book Club
Wildcard Wednesdays
The replays will be housed in The Spark’s Dashboard, which is a secure space only available to members of The Spark, replays will be uploaded within 24 hours.
DO I HAVE TO MAKE IT TO EVERY SINGLE THING?
Not at all. The Spark is all about embracing flexibility, and leaning into what feels right.
Yes, it’s a lot, and you don’t have to do it all. There is no expectation to come to everything, every time! Pick and experiment with the structures that work for you and consistently energise you! There is no wrong way to do this.
HOW DO THE WILDCARD WEDNESDAYS WORK?
The Wildcard Wednesdays are where we’ll be embracing flexibility, and leaning into the seasons. They might be workshops, guided creative projects or a mixture of the two and they’ll be inspired by the themes that come up in the group. They’ll be fun, informative, and helpful.
I’M NOT SURE IF IT’S FOR ME, OR IF I’M A GOOD FIT
